Project description:
Construction of Lusaka stadium 11kV switching station.
- Installation of 13 panel 11kV switch board (2 Incomers, 10 Outgoing Feeders, 1 bus section)
- SCADA and telecommunication works
- Installation of a 50KVA 11/0.4kV auxiliary
- Installation of the switching station earthing
- Installation of equipment earthing for the all equipment
- Constructions of control building complete fire alarm and automatic fire suppression
- Lay and connect a total of 15m of 3C x 70mm2 of 11kV XLPE cable from RMU to the local transformer
- Lay and connect 15m of 4C x 16mm2 of MV PVC cable from the LV side of the transformer to a distribution feeder pillar to be installed next to the transformer
- Install a 1x400A 4 way feeder pillar
- Installation of a batteries and battery charger
- Insallation of a 6MVA, 11/0.4kV, 3 phase ground mounted transformer in the substation building to be built by the client
- Install 11kV 3 phase metering units(using summation CTs)
- Excavate and lay 23, 600m of 1Cx185mm2 of 11kV XLPE cable from Matero substation to the proposed switching station site
- Excavate and lay 5, 800m of 11kV 1C x 70mm2 XLPE cable from the switching station to the RMU at the stadium substation
- Excavate and lay 70m(2x35m) of 11kV 3C x 70mm2 XLPE cable from the RMU to the transformers
